Distribution 1 Year Later

One year later many new and returning faces come for distribution. Saturdays are the only day distribution is held due to a shortage of supplies donated for distribution. Many report receiving little to no help from FEMA or NYCHA despite vast or total loss and damage. Residents of the Ocean Bay Houses had been instructed by NYCHA not to allow photographers or reporters inside their apartments or risk eviction. 12/21/13
